Adatkezel\u0151 megfelel\u0151 technikai \u00e9s szervez\u00e9si int\u00e9zked\u00e9sek alkalmaz\u00e1s\u00e1val biztos\u00edtja a szem\u00e9lyes adatok biztons\u00e1g\u00e1t az adatok jogosulatlan vagy jogellenes kezel\u00e9s\u00e9vel, v\u00e9letlen elveszt\u00e9s\u00e9vel, megsemmis\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9vel vagy k\u00e1rosod\u00e1s\u00e1val szemben.<\/p>\n

I. Adatkezel\u00e9s c\u00e9lja<\/strong><\/p>\n

A kapcsolati \u0171rlap kit\u00f6lt\u00e9s\u00e9hez sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges szem\u00e9lyes adatok (n\u00e9v, telefonsz\u00e1m, e-mail c\u00edm) kezel\u00e9se a Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 \u00e9s az adatkezel\u0151 \u00fcgyv\u00e9d k\u00f6z\u00f6tti kapcsolatfelv\u00e9tel, egyeztet\u00e9s, illetve inform\u00e1ci\u00f3ny\u00fajt\u00e1s teljes\u00edt\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik. A Honlapr\u00f3l k\u00fcld\u00f6tt \u00fczenet k\u00f6zvetlen\u00fcl az Adatkezel\u0151 postafi\u00f3kj\u00e1ba \u00e9rkezik, mely megkeres\u00e9s adatait \u00e9s tartalm\u00e1t a vonatkoz\u00f3 el\u0151\u00edr\u00e1soknak megfelel\u0151en kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag Adatkezel\u0151 kezeli.<\/p>\n

II. Adatkezel\u00e9s jogalapja<\/strong><\/p>\n

Az adatkezel\u00e9sre a Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 \u00f6nk\u00e9ntes hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s\u00e1val ker\u00fcl sor a GDPR. 6. cikk (1) bekezd\u00e9s a) pontja alapj\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

III. \u00c9rintettek k\u00f6re<\/strong><\/p>\n

Az adatkezel\u00e9ssel \u00e9rintett szem\u00e9lyek k\u00f6r\u00e9t azon Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3k k\u00e9pezik, akik a Honlapon tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 kapcsolati \u0171rlap kit\u00f6lt\u00e9s\u00e9vel id\u0151pontot, aj\u00e1nlatot vagy jogi t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1st k\u00e9rnek, illetve azon szem\u00e9lyek is, akik a nyilv\u00e1nosan megadott el\u00e9rhet\u0151s\u00e9geken veszik fel a kapcsolatot az adatkezel\u0151 \u00fcgyv\u00e9ddel.<\/p>\n

V. Adatkezel\u00e9s id\u0151tartama<\/strong><\/p>\n

A kapcsolati \u0171rlap kit\u00f6lt\u00e9se sor\u00e1n \u00f6nk\u00e9ntesen megadott adatok kezel\u00e9se a megkeres\u0151 \u00fczenet postafi\u00f3kba t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 be\u00e9rkez\u00e9s\u00e9vel kezd\u0151dik \u00e9s a hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s visszavon\u00e1s\u00e1ig vagy \u2013 annak hi\u00e1ny\u00e1ban \u2013 c\u00e9lhoz k\u00f6t\u00f6tten a sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges ideig tart. Ezt k\u00f6vet\u0151en az adatok automatikusan t\u00f6rl\u00e9sre ker\u00fclnek az Adatkezel\u0151 rendszer\u00e9b\u0151l.<\/p>\n

VI. Adatfeldolgoz\u00e1s<\/strong><\/p>\n

Adatkezel\u0151 a szem\u00e9lyes adatok kezel\u00e9se sor\u00e1n nem vesz ig\u00e9nybe adatfeldolgoz\u00f3t, valamint illet\u00e9ktelen szem\u00e9ly r\u00e9sz\u00e9re nem tov\u00e1bb\u00edtja az adatokat.<\/p>\n
